if you have 4 gamers and share the same console then cool, you need only 1 plus account to support the other 3, not only they can go online but also they can use your IGC without any restriction
if each member have their own console then you just need 2 plus account

yes, they said that but under 2 condition:
- you can only share game with a guy on your friend list after you add him 30 days
- each game can only share 1 time, once game being share, they stuck with that account forever

the most important that the 1st party don't use them, and they have the huge library of 1st party to back up
