I certainly understand the allure of discless. I almost went discless to save that 100 bucks. But alas I bought too many games this gen on disc and I want to see how they look on ps5 with the upgrade.
I'm not surprised. Not only is it too taxing, but for a game like DS with very few reflections and dim lit areas, it wouldn't be of much use anyway. All that processing power can go towards increasing visual fidelity in other areas, having higher/more stable framerates and I think we all agree it shows.
Day 1. Love me some sackboy.
Ray tracing is very taxing. I used it back in college. It took 10 minutes to render 1 frame in a low poly environment at 720p. I know technology has come a long way in the past 9 years but the idea that consoles can ray trace an image 60 or even 30 times every second at 4k in a full blow game??? Nah lol. Still this is an important first step to getting good ray tracing in video games eventually. PS6 and Nextbox will probably definitely have it... maybe.
This game looks really good. Haven't been into anime type games in a while.
Actually I may need that time to cry and regather my patience.
They should aquire square enix. Their net worth is only 1.2billion. And they have a great working relationship. They keep getting exclusives from them too.
If you think resolution is the only thing you're sacrificing by buying a series s you're mistaken. I'm still gonna get one as my secondary console for Halo.
The little gameplay they showed looked fun. Just gotta fix those bland face models which I'm sure they will. The game prolly won't be out til 2022. They may have just thrown something together real quick for the show.
I feel like Ellie deserved better than the last of us 2's Ellie. Dina was kind of a thot.
It's... beautiful.
I hate to say it but this is a waste of talent.
The only thing interesting about Athia is that it's made by Square Enix. I want to be excited for it but there's just not much to go on. Miles and Horizon will definitely be great.
Can't wait. Miles has such a cool power set.
I hope we see a return to the 3d platformer. Imagine those games looking as good as a pixar film.
I don't use either service but on paper it seems like ps now is the better service. Can someone correct me? It's cheaper, it has more games, Most are on there permanently. Game pass gets first party games day one but... that aint much. Am I missing something?
She’s more of a freelancer actually. She worked at Naughty Dog for a grand total of 18 months. 5 months on Uncharted 4 and 13 months on what I’m assuming is Tlou2. She’s worked other places in between times.
Them graphics!!! did see a tiny glitch but they got time to fix it for sure.
Also, this is an indie studio started by 4 brothers. They clearly don't have AAA resources.
Ghost of Tushima should've won best visual design imo. TLOU2 did deserve best story telling.
