Well, the PS3 version has been in development longer. People forget that LA Noire was originally supposed to be a PS3 exclusive.
So, if this image isn't fake, it's a software development kit...but I don't understand why it mentions Xbox 360. Maybe it's some kind of cross-SDK that will help port games from PC and Xbox SDK's over to the Wii 2? That's all I can think of.

It is actually very possible to get through the final level on Supersoldier difficulty without being seen(except for the 4 cloakers you have to kill). Whatever Nanosuit powers and weapon attachments you've unlocked on easier difficulty settings are already unlocked on Veteran and Supersoldier difficulties making it a lot easier to get through most levels undetected. I had said the same thing on a story that was rejected on N4G a few days ago. I don't know how anybody would think it would be anything else with that silhouette. Possibly Hitman 5 or possibly Max Payne 3, but I doubt it.

Microsoft may have ran out of Xbox's to ship in December but there were still plenty of stores that had them in stock. I own both versions of this game and, in my opinion, MazingerDUDE's comment about the PS3 version being one of the worst ports ever is overblown. Sure, the Xbox version looks sharper, but I don't think that it's that important when it comes down to the game itself.

Oddly enough, they used Erik Brudvig's US review(both systems) for the UK PS3 review. I guess IGN UK was too lazy to copy and paste Martin Robinson's Xbox 360 review for the PS3 version. Very strange.
Either way, I think the game will be great on both systems.
You might want to look a little closer at those links you provided as proof that 1up is somehow biased. What you're looking at is the combined grade average of the 1up review and the readers reviews on their respective platforms. Do yourself a favor and click the REVIEWS tab and you'll notice the Richard Li gave Tekken 6 the same exact score (A-) on both systems and that Justin Haywald gave BioShock 2 the same exact score (B+)on both systems. I'm inclined to agree with you. I don't think most people realize that Spring lasts until late June. It looked more like a Dragon Age: Origins scenario to me, with the PS3 version of the game coming out a few weeks after the Xbox 360 and PC versions.
Either Chart Get! wants to start a flame war or they seriously didn't realize that the game hadn't even been out a whole week. OR, they thought that R2 would sell like COD or Gears 2, which everyone with a head on their shoulders knows would not happen.
Is R2 a flop? We'll see after a few weeks of sales in the UK and Europe, but I would think that it will still sell very well.
Anyways, I own R2 and I'm having a lot of fun playing the online co-op.

The ad states in the top right corner that the prices are good 9/7-9/20/08. That doesn't sound like a permanent price drop like most are making it out to be or some of you may think it is.
