Well if they want to create a master piece like last time then they should do it exclusively on PS3 with power of cell and 50gb.
PS3 still outsold 360 by 10% this year despite being 2 times more expensive. I just can't imagine what price cut for PS3 will do in Europe. I mean 360 can´t lower his price any more here and 100€ price cut for PS3 mean it will be outselling WII.

COD4 sold better on PS3 then Xbox360. Anyway you should only compare games which matter. DMC4 on Ps3 300.000 and on xbox 360 70.000. See there is hardly miles times better attach rate.
Where the hell do you get your data? PS3 have 4 times bigger install base and still better attach rate. Check DMC4 sales. I don' think many people will by Xbox360 to play resident evil in fact they would rather buy the system where games like FF and GT will came in near future. And this have been proven on big multiplatform games like DMC4 and dynasty warriors.
One can consider this game to be exclusive to PS3 in Japan.

3rd parties are important. Imagine PS3 without MGS4 and FF13 coming in near future. Why despite having bigger installed base and selling way more then PS360 and still have crap games and hardly any "important" 3rd party games is coming on the WII in future?
It doesn't matter if you are Xbox fan or PS fan, one thing is clear we must get rid of WII at any cost if we want to continue enjoying great games with great stories. If WII continues like this then in next gen Sony and Microsoft will have to make average console which can make profit from day one just like WII is doing right now.
