Something has been lost in translation- probably the bit about being a good or bad player. But just go online with any "hardcore" game and you'll see that there are plenty of bad players.

This bloke needs to read the instruction manual. Almost all of the "missing" features he's moaning about are available e.g. clock, video thumbnails, file transfer, FW update changelog etc.... He comes across as completely incompetent when it comes to anything technical.
