90% sure the last comparison between ps4 and xbox one are the wrong way around.
I agree, there is nothing on pc that interests me, i like to play games, not rock simulators, games that stay in beta for eternity...if Pc interested me, i would not have sold my computer.
Anyway, since i got rid of my computer, i've started to actually enjoy gaming again like the psx/ps2 days.

I'm trying to understand how changing the tv settings effects this video when as far as i know... Capture cards bypass the tv picture.
The tv picture is the end result, the tv isn't going to resend that picture back through a recording device.
Less screen tearing? I haven't seen an ounce of it on Ps4.

65inch tv... You must really appreciate that 1080p content.
I have a 40" tv sitting about 5 feet, sitting back further gives me smaller picture and sitting closer would require a resolution jump.
Same here, my days of pc gaming are over and no amount of resolution, fps or visuals will sway me back.
If you do happen to go, i'l personally like to hear ya feed back on the handling.. One of my biggest concerns since the visual department has ticked all my boxes.
