It appears that more cherry-picked reviews. For example Stevivor received a Starfield review code, while SkillUp not. Both are located in Australia.
Games Enquirer and Skills Up also did not received Starfield review codes. The list is getting longer.
as far as I understood, Pure Xbox and Axios are also excluded from Starfield Review. Not sure, maybe unlucky communication of the Xbox marketing team.
