Man just thinking of 4mb of ram for the psp is scary,how did it ever run gta liberty city hahaha,but the vita may pull off gta 5 with lowered texture,crappy shadows and a very near view distance,and lock the fps at 23(you will not notice 23 fps on a 5inch screen),and gta iv for android is gonna be 2018,because gta 3 and vice was 10 year anniversarys.
