That's good, it's a multiplayer only game so if they only shipped with ten maps I think we would have a major problem for the $60 asking price.
My friend is the art designer, Nathan. Went to high school together and he is a great guy. Hoping this game makes it, even if I don't have a PC that can run anything made in the last ten years lol.
The game is definitely getting a lot of hype and it looks A LOT like a futuristic CoD. Albeit, a good futuristic CoD. It has potential to be amazing, but I don't want to play CoD with mechs, I've been playing CoD for over half a decade, Destiny looks much more innovative. We'll see, I want a game to break the CoD stranglehold on the market so we start seeing some fresher content from devs.
Why the disagrees? This is the best advice I can give after to new players after playing this game for close to two days worth of game time. Support is the best for winning, a team full of supports is tough to beat especially if everyone is reviving.
Just a heads up, to revive someone you look at their dead body and if they have a red cross over their body, you press left on the D-pad and they will be able to get back up. Keep those revives coming!
This guy has never touched a 360 controller obviously. Those things wore out the rubber on the sticks quite fast for me. Never had a problem with my ps3 sticks' rubber or my ps4's.
This game is a blast in my mind. Update 11 just came out and it added a really awesome tile set. Definitely worth trying, just sink an hour or two in and if you don't like it, delete it. I got hooked pretty fast.
Finally! This helped me out a lot. YouTube app was the only thing I was using my ps3 for so now this is a bit more convenient.
I'm really thankful for my ps4 and the possibility that I will be accepted as an English teacher in Japan this next year! :)
Why are people disagreeing with you guys? Comparisons have been done online showing there is a definite downgrade from the Forza trailers to actual gameplay. People are disagreeing with facts here?
I don't think you should give it a review though. It should detail information about the console and if it is worth your purchase and whatnot, but giving it a score is silly because this is simply the beginning of the generation. The biggest and best games will be coming out in the years to come on Xbox One and PS4. If you gave the PS3 a number at launch, it would be terrible. Get it one now? Several points higher because they improved a lot of things and released a lot of good games. Hec...
At least it isn't like Polygon, giving a console that has a lifespan of 6-7+ years a review even before it launches.
Dragon's Dogma is in my top three games of this console generation personally, along with Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4. It deserves a ps4 sequel capcom!
I didn't buy the Wii U because the Wii made me feel like I got burned by Nintendo. I loved my Gamecube, but the Wii just lacked a lot of games that I wanted to play. Sure, it had some gems just like most consoles do, but it didn't have many games I HAD to play. Most of those games were on PS3 or Xbox 360.
And the Wii U will probably be the same. It'll get some gems of games (the new smash bros. comes to mind) but it won't get the kind of support in other game...
That's exactly why I'm not interested in it though...it's only better looking now. If you've played CoD4 or MW2, you've played any of the newer games. I may pick up Ghosts when it's down in price, but I don't feel like playing the same game I've played for the past five years. :)
Very interesting videos, been watching all them today.
CoD is at the forefront of next gen with unique and exciting features!
...nope, just fish AI.
Selling More does not equal more quality however. If that's the case, let me assume you believe CoD to be the greatest FPS franchise of all time?
If Battlefield had that rumored dinosaur mode, I would have preordered it months ago.
I'm sure whatever Naughty Dog puts out there will be beautiful. I would like new IP personally, as new IP is the best place for us to find new innovation right now in an industry often ruled by the sequels and beyond (GTA 5, CoD: Ghosts, BF3, etc.) No doubt that Uncharted 4 would be a fantastic game in its own right, but I would love to see a new IP launched by them with this new generation.
Quote from Deep Down's producer:
"The important thing is not viewing DLC as a form of added value, but as a system that we’re supposed to have."
Just an excuse to release an incomplete game and then force you to pay for the real content.
