That wasn't as bad as some of the comments said it would be. It seems you have to intentionally invoke it to happen. That's part of the problem, but you do realize that most children learn respect from their parents right? Obviously they're not doing something right when they think it's okay to let a 7 year old girl go off like that on the internet. And don't forget to mention the other people playing the game, they pretty much encouraged her to keep running her mouth off like that.
Having someone with lots of experience helps out a ton, even if it's just critiquing and quality checking. Obviously the Mercury team could consult with Kojima and his team for ideas and how to improve them, but not only that, they also could've asked for assistance on what they could do with the games physics and engine. Having a senior help with this kinda stuff helps out a ton during production.
