i agree the politicions in the UK do not know what they are talking about when it comes to games they like to be potrayed in the media as making a difference.

I absolutely agree with you, we pay too much already and they all-ways slur the gaming industry in the media (for example Resistance Fall of Man vs. The Church of England) the media sided with Resistance Fall of Man and yet again damaged the industry.
Maybe if Downing Street focused on sorting out real problems such as the one you mentioned the unjust war then we can all live in a society where we can not fear the possibility of being labeled gaming hoodies and being given a V...
This is absolute rubbish, the age ratings are clear enough and are shown clearly on the front of all games (15, 16+, 18 e.t.c) if some parent is so short sighted that they fail to notice these ratings and actually look at the back of the game box to try and have a vague idea of what the game is about.
The only reason that the game ratings may be changed is due to the impending release of Grand Theft Auto IV which all-ways receives complaints from parents about the games conten...
so if there will be 29.4 million blu-ray players sold at the end of 08 that means that a lot will be PS3s with 10 million PS3s sold as of the end of last year the number will soon grow, the PS3 is one the cheaper blu-ray players as well, so as well as playing games you get more for your money. Sounds like a winner to me

i agree the Warhawk omega dawn pack was a waste of money but the next dlc- operation broken mirror looks good, i might just give them another chance with it- but you are right EA can shove it
if the f.p.s genre is dead why did COD4 sell so well? And if it is dead what is replacing it?
Tekken 6 may possibly come out in 2009 if it is delayed, so that will be massive and also the full WipEout game is going to be released (not HD), i am mostly focusing on 08 though with Resistance 2, Killzone 2 and Little Big Planet.
On this page it states that

Yet on the list number 96. is "Homebrew Support".
They need to add one more to make it a 100 if Homebrew is removed
