It looks absolutely no different from the first game. Why would I want this garbage compared to games like Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Halo 3: ODST and Forza Motorsport? If I want a good platformer I'll consider getting Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Halo has an excellent story. A bit on the "ordinary" and "cliché" side, but it has excellent "twists", unexpected endings and overall good characters you actually get to know very well, which is really rare for a military-style story.
What Halo DOES lack, is good presentation. Halo 2's story is pretty straightforward, but i swear MOST people did not even "get" it. It's presentation is bad and disorienting.

Very true. However a large game franchise such as the Halo series or the GTA series will eventually come to an end. I'm sure there's alot of game developers out there who have great ideas that need to be executed.

This is the same pathetic argument used from Metal Gear Solid 4. You CAN play Metal Gear Solid 4 on the Xbox 360 but you can't due to the amount of memory used. You have to remember that you can use multiple disks for HD DVDs and not just use the one disk.

Who cares? This RPG wasn't anything special and shouldn't be remade again on another platform. The characters were ridiculously shallow, the game itself had a horrendous combat system and the story failed completely and serves only as annoying interlude between battles.
I really hope Square Enix regains its ability to make stellar games someday soon, because the flashy story-line, lackluster game play has already gotten old.
