The reason why you have to download the DLC files is because even though you haven't bought the DLC and can't unlock the guns, your system still needs to load the files for the new weapons. Even if you can't spawn with them, you can still pick them up from anyone who drops them when killed.

Only Wake Island has made an apearance in most of the Battlefields but not as DLC.

Battlefield 2142 - Free DLC through update
The other maps can only be found on Battlefield 2.
Oh yea I forgot to mention that, Trackmania always has had very good graphics. Also, I think they may be adding a little bit of cosmetic damage to the cars. Notice how the hood fell off. Wonder what else can be broken off?
One thing I really like about Trackmania is that any Single Player track can be recreated in the Stage-Maker/Editor Mode. Watching this video and all the crazy types of track types there are makes me wonder just how many hours the fan base is gonna spend on making those rediculous awsome tracks you see in Multiplayer and Youtube vids.
I don't know, Parasyte. One would assume so since that is one way the franchise can move towards. After all it does assume to be a shield world such as the one in Halo Wars. Apart from that I can't really guess were else that place in the trailer may be. Any ideas?
Also we don't know the time gap between Halo 3 and 4, we might be fighting the remnants of the Covenant in Halo 4.

Not really, a few Spartan IIs remain. If you read "Ghosts of Onyx" the three remaining Spratan IIs other than John (MC) are Fred, Kelly, and Linda along with a few Spartan III and Dr. Halsy and PCO Mendez. If Halo 4 follows the books story line and plot, then chances favor we will meet them, considering the game takes place in Onyx and also that they do follow the books because Reach completely conflicted with the book "Fall of Reach".

I actually loved Split Second. It was a something that was rare, a risk-taker game. Sure, taking risks has its drawbacks such as being built from the ground up and how well they could get the game going, especially if they were on a budget. Bet you that if they make Split Second 2, it would surpass the first one in every way for they would now have had time to polish and add stuff to the sequel than focus on building the game from scratch.
I still have hopes for Split Second ...
Common, really? Even though Anonymous likes to troll as their real world attacks, brining in families that depend on their jobs with Sony to live a life is just plain childish and dumb. Earlier they claimed that they didn't want to anger consumers for they are on our "side", how is that possible when they are going for probaly is the main income source for these families, plus annoying their life through there childish pranks.

The AI aint as stupid as people think it is in GT5. The problem is that the A-Spec Career has normal AI.
Play a few long races on Arcade mode against Pro AI. Trust me, youl see things you never expected them to do.

Ok xbox fanboy, Forza 3 doesent have an install? Yes it does and its mandatory. The 2 Gigs of car files it needs to dump into the hard drive. Thus I doubt people without hard drives can play it. Also, as player of both series, I prefer GT5 any day over Forza 3.
Gran Turismos install is optional for faster loading times.
That was what I said. I guessed the 3 at the bottom represent Mass Effect 3. Why would he put it if the characters hadn't been confirmed for the 3rd game. Never said "oh this is some nice official looking art"

Thane was the character I thought would not come back do to his condition and how he said he was going to die. Glad his (hopefully true) sticking around for one last mission with Shepard.
Man I want to play this game already. Good to see new characters joining in.
Now if we could get some news on new bad guys and new maps that are going into this game, that would be great.
I can not really agree with it. As a player of both games, some of the statements they claim are false.
That Forza has more real tracks is correct however Gran Turismo tracks are much more detailed and better. One good comparison is Laguna Seca. Gran Turismo beats it down right easily in terms of graphics.
For the cars, I will admit Forza has the edge here because all its cars are premium. The "Standard" cars in Gran Turismo sure arnt nice to look a...
I agree with you completely. As both a game and driving Sim, the people are split into those who (like you said) love it for what it is, and hate it for what it should have been (according to expectations of course. Some which were too high.) People should just see the game for what it is and not what it can compare best too. Over all, Gran Turismo 5 is a fabulous game and the best things about it are hidden so deep in it, only those that truly dedicate themselves to the game seriously will b...

Even if it is to attract attention, this may lead to finding good Indie Developers to hire to create some interesting Indie Move games. Considering that Sony does hire them of course but only time can tell what will result from this.

That is true. One alternative is that you should be allowed to only download the patch and gun files without the map files. It would save a bit of hard drive space which BF3 can eat alot if you have the disc installed plus the patches and HD Textures if your on Xbox.
