Developers could be working on multiple projects at once and even then you cant just think that throwing more people at a project means a smoother or better production quality. WTF do you think game development studios function like base management games ? I'm putting this one on the multiple consoles. liked it for a bit and it rapidly got stale and honestly while i enjoyed it more than Black ops 2 it just didnt hold my attention like previous Halo's with its gameplay. I gave it multiple chances and held with it until the final DLC and their spin on classic Halo which bombed after most of the people that asked for it left the game 8-10 months after release. Reach definitely trumped it in terms of what was possible with forge and custom games. I can agree upon the COD thing. Armor abilities can stay but they need to be worked into something else like just maybe some extra additions in forge/ custom games and/or made pickups or something has to fit into the golden triangle.

Halo 4 was ok but only for a bit and they took way too long to fix balancing issues and there were just so many problems when it came to online with the laggy forge maps when they finally brought in community created maps. its not the same color as the neon power which is usually pink & red, the smoke one is always red my guess is some kind of gravity power from the rock formations around Delsin while its active. you cant denied that compared too the countless other images and vids showing both light and dark influences on the color and tone of neon and smoke dont even come close to whats shown in the pic. its obviously something new. 1 ) Each and every part of the city is controlled by the CToS system which also gives all of its residents free wifi. The hacker we play as gains access to a device that can obtain access to CToS allowing him complete control over the city. He doesn't exactly hack every 2 seconds as he has to go and gain access from the specified CTos stations for each...
They kind of have that i guess, thats something that GTA 5 had and its not really new i think. You could clearly see NPC's drinking coffee and doing the other things you mentioned in the 2013 gameplay.
Should they add tactical nukes and air strikes and mechs randomly you know just because its a limitation if you cant do random stuff that wouldn't fit into the characters abilities or story.

Honestly the hacking is whats interesting about it, having air craft flying and stuff would honestly not fit into the game, its not GTA It's supposed to be pushing closer towards a sort of real world ish anti hero sort of thing. It has all the basic things honestly in an open world. Now im just seeing people complain over anything.

From what i get from being a lot of PC gamers is that its 10% buying and playing games at higher quality than consoles 90% going onto gaming sites and rubbing your nipples with your keyboard as you write comments on how much better your PC is than consoles to people who honestly just want to play the games.
