I love how they do their own thing. Everyone gets into the shooter craze then Nintendo is off in their own bubble doing 2D platformers. It's great and breaks up the monotony of things. Reason why I always go the PC/Nintendo route each gen instead of just straight up PC.

For some reason N4G has gone into Nintendo hate mode. Every negative comment gets agreed and every positive comment gets disagreed along with a comment trying to belittle the good news.
Some of the negative comments coming out do make sense such as the annoying wait times on the OS, but most I've seen is just blatant hate like the person is on a mission or something...
I'm really tired of all the back and forth talk that's been going on for over a year now. I think if you're on the fence about buying, then you should really just have a wait-n'-see attitude instead of listening to devs contradict each other over and over again...

Ya. I saw that too. Looks really accurate to use the wiimote even though when I tried an FPS game on the wii, it was a horrible experience.

Destructoid has been the only one to give it a bad review so far. IGN gave it a 8.8/10 and gamesradar gave it 4.5 stars.

It needs to fix the feeling most of all. Bring back the Melee physics. And balance the characters (either fix metaknight or get rid of him entirely).
Also it needs better online without breaking the local.
7 isn't bad for any system. I've enjoyed games that were rated waaay worse than 7.

I liked it. I don't think I would enjoy this era for 4 more games, but I definitely do enjoy this type of setting.
I also like how they put in the frontier. For now on, they should incorporate a type of forested area that you can explore.
I think they should maybe do one more game with the revolution setting then move on. Maybe do Tsar Russia or India type of thing. I don't know a lot about the history of these places, but I think both of them would ...
It's pretty well optimized. If you have a moderate PC, you should be able to run it with maybe some small dips during heavy fighting.
I haven't played the final version yet, but the beta was kinda CPU intensive. There's an option to put some of the CPU load on the GPU (Or something like that. It's been a while so I can't remember) and it worked really well so if you have some framerate problems then you should look into that...
