obviously they're not gonna make a clone movie outta the game... we all have seen the video games to movies... and how they change the complete story all together.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt... but having a writer like chris morgan who's writte cellular tokyo drift and the new fast and furious (which actually had a very good story) helps
i liked underworld 1 and 2... and they were both VISUALLY appealing... movies are driven by story (something which die hard 4 lacked imo) but with this writer this movie is heading in the right direction... you need cool set pieces and confrontations (writers job) and you have to make those scenes LOOK cool (thats where this director excelled in DH 4) ... and how is underworld similar to the matrix again?

tomb raider sucked. re 1 and 2 were good... but yah silent hill should be the poster child for games to movies genre
currently on hold... there's a new movie coming out called district 9 and is directed by a newbie and produced by peter jackson... the same duo were supposed to direct and produce the halo movie... but they didnt trust the newbie director with the project even with peter jacksons support ... so if d9 turns out to be good (which looks like it from the trailer on utube) its good news for the halo movie ...
writer of zodiac and director of die hard 4 are involved in this... thats a good combo... on one hand you get a guy that can make the scene tense and have a good scripted story and on the other you got a guy who can make you believe bruce willis can piggyback ride a f22 jet... this might actually be good...

that game was just too funny... but for now Max Pane 3 is my killer sequel for the year... couldn't care about any other game coming out this year... max is finally coming back

the zombie genocider achievement from dead rising... it took a looong time (like 5 - 6hrs) to run gazillion zombies over in the maintanence tunnel but its worth it once you get the real mega man blaster and the mega man costume...
