bring it on baby ... that e3 demo was stunning ... it had everything ... some "pick em one by one" action, it had some run and gun and fianlly some epic riding and fighting ... combined with some omfg graphics... that was some intense sh*t ... and special forces mode looks promising

yeah i difintely agree with that ... the 360 would have been killed if microsoft didnt get gta, resident evil or final fantasy somehow on thier platform .... and now with mgs the gound is pretty much even .. its time to push ahead with the first party line up
man i'm just glad i get to play mgs now ... this is something i honestly thought i'd never get to play if i chose the 360... microsoft cared enough for it to happen... and shane kim has a point here ... they are really levelling up the playing field this gen...

No dude i think this is a little different ... this isnt the case where a developer says .. you know what both the consoles are great we're gonna have quality products on release its gonna be awesome ... we're really excited...
but with tr it was more like "the 360 is hindering our development we would have had more stuff onscreen and made the game look and run even better if it was only on ps3 ... but the 360 is limiting our development ....

if that was really the case then atleast show it in the multi plat release ... how do u expect us to believe that a ps3 only ver would have been amazing... when the multiplat ps3 ver isnt even on par with the 360 ver...

Basically their source engine was a PC enigne back in 04 right?.. when hl2 came out? ... ports for 360 are easy since its basically the same architecture ... they need to build a new engine just like capcom... although i gotta say i'm loving the dynamic lights and shadows in the current build from l4d 2
how can terminal reality really fail after all the promises they gave... this isn't about the ps3 hardware ... we all know what its capable of...
the problem here is after talking down the 360 hardware and after all that nagging about the low 360 specs so how can they really screw up the ps3 version like this...
developers need to keep their traps shut and let their products speak for themselves ...
and in some areas it looks better than heavy rain ... but where alan wake loses is where heavey rain shines .... and that is in the animations department... they need some more fluid movements in this one ... maybe they should talk to the ubi devs working on conviction ... that sc demo had some of the best animations i've seen ...
