Definitely a good deal. Kmart was doing deals like that in 2011. Got uncharted 3 for $30 on release day and had picked up Saints Row 3 and Assassin's Creed Revelations for $35 when they released. Good to know there are other places doing stuff like this.
Did... did you PLAY the series?
Yes, the first one was a bland-ass boring repetitive game. But to say that the sequels didn't make all sorts of additions and changes is absurd.
Personally, I found the story in 1, Revelations, and 3 to kind of really suck ass, and 3 had the shittiest engine of them all. 2 and Brotherhood were good and quite frankly, I thought Ezio was an awesome character.
2 did WAAAAAAAY more than "tweak a few things". I...
Definitely needs lightning on there. I'd also accept Connor making the list.
Hell, I just bought 16GB of DDR3 ram for $50 on cyber Monday. Prices are dropping constantly and then buying during sales is even better.
What? FFXIII-2 already came out. The third is in development as well. Did you mean something else?
Yes, you mean the dogs that are also wet and have intense spotlights reflecting off of them like everything else? Look at Chico, good sir. I see nothing plastic looking about him.
I'm going to go ahead and assume everything was shiny because it was raining in the game and everything was wet.
Kojima Productions didn't exist until 2005. So, you know...
They did that. It was Sonic Generations which was awesome.
JOAN Cusack. John Cusack's sister. You may want to get some glasses yourself and re-read his post.
I'm in awe that people took you seriously.
"
Yeah... except Halo was ported to the PC two years after its release on the Xbox, not the other way around like you're implying. "
Except that he implied no release order.
I like how so many articles keep attributing modern handheld gaming success to Steve Jobs. Let's all just pretend Gunpei Yokoi never existed. The features handheld devices today now have are simply part of a natural progression on the timeline.
You can thank Naughty Dog for that delightful snow in Killzone 3.
W...what? How is Chrono Trigger shovelware? Let me guess, you've never played Chrono Trigger and you don't know what it is, so now you're just assuming it's some random shovelware game.
@GrandMaxPain
You really have no clue as to what you're talking about do you? It's fine if you wouldn't call Crysis a next gen game, it's from 2007. Graphics cards struggled with it THEN. Now they walk all over the game. Also, the power of graphics cards are constantly hopping forward, especially in comparison to what's out on consoles. There haven't been any games released recently to take advantage of the power PC gamers have at their disposal. Pretty much ...
@shooterexpert
Really? I hear more praise from "the people" for Uncharted than I do Gears.
@sobekflakmonkey
You can't really say Kessler didn't have tattoos. His arms were completely covered.
Unless you played some beach volleyball version of infamous.
I don't understand this guy at all. What's this constant talk of family? I don't recall that being in the games.. like at all. Closest we got was talk of Drake's anscestors. am I wrong?
And he says, "You can't please everybody". Okay, so if us gamers are the ones you are set to displease, why make a movie based on something only WE care to see? The general audience doesn't care about Uncharted, so making a crappy movie "based" on it...
Black and White 3 would be amazing.
