The 360 has low res textures because it had to be heavily compressed due to Microsofts Download restrictions, and YES it is a beta, not representitive of the final product.
You led yourself up the garden path by thinking 6 year old hardware could still make such a technically advanced game look as good as you thought.

Sniping is realistically the only way you can play this game by yourself, its no wonder theres so many people who play it because when youve played games of you just running in over and over trying to get near the objective and getting crossfired from the other side of the map just because your team isnt there or your sniper is shit you think....."why should I run in and die over and over for the sake of these idiots?"
Im not sure if its the map, my team or whatever but the game just feels like its jsut another "camp the choke points shooter" like these no smoke grenades or flashbangs so you can make a covered or suprise entrance which is a bit lame considering how many corners enemies sit on and around.
try to move aeround carefully, similar to how i play arma 2 and i just keep getting shot in the back by people hiding in the most obscure places, I dont have a problem with camping b...
Il actually just list my personal annoyances with the game.
- The map design on rush is a defenders paradise in those narrow subway tunnels, its so easy for them to lock a tunnel down with a support weapon. The map doesnt allow for any creative flanking, its just run in here were the camping enemies are and pray one of you gets through so you can spawn on them.
- The assault rifles have a shedload of recoil yet the carbines & SMGs are like laser beams wit...

funny....I have no problem with sawn off users, I simply roll back and use the gnashers longer range to my advantage or wall bounc around them so they miss then take them down.
But then again im accurate enough with ranged weapons to allow them not to get close to me and if you get into a tight environment with lots of cover your pretty much asking for it.
