I personally believe that single player games should contain a multiplayer because you beat the game in like 2-5 days (games like Bioshock Infinite, last of us, tomb raider). After that you're like, well i guess i should go for achievements/trophies. then the game collects dust and you play it once in a blue moon.
Look on youtube. See how many people make videos using the Xbox and PC. Seananners, Roosterteeth, Captain Sparklez, SmoshGames, Node, etc.
The Xbox One is going to be $500 for Day One Edition. Standard Edition is $400 but doesn't come with Kinect. The (third)edition of the Xbox One is going to not contain a Kinect and has a smaller HDD.
I agree with you on all five of those reasons. The exclusives look amazing. And the entertainment system is actually looking like like something i would use in my free time, super bowl parties, and just watching T.V.
I think as more conventions sprout up MS and Nintendo are gonna respond to feedback

I entirely agree with you on that point because I'm trusting MS. The PS3 had a lot of sales even when it was almost $100 more than the 360.
I as a gamer understand that this generation of games are trying more than they have before to make games truly immersive as possible, and I love games that take it to the next level of entertainment. And there's one little thing in this post that is going to be held against us soon enough involving crimes that are 'inspired' by games. All in all I'm trying to say i love immersive games and a little thing that no one really is obligated to reply to.
