The atmosphere they set up for the "Halloween Night" level is...unbelievable! I've never seen it matched on anything.

Actually, "that's what she said" does the same thing. Lol. It was a circulating joke in the late 70's that was made popular in the 80's by Wayne's World. Then, it went back underground until about five years ago when the internet picked it back up...and The Office.
In all reality, I'm excited for Gears 3.
I didn't like Gears 1's campaign. I felt it was semi-repetitive. The multi-player was great though!
Gears 2 had the opposite effect on me. I LOVED the campaign, but the multi-player obviously had some problems.
I'm just extremely excited to see where they take the story. Gears 2 added a lot of emotional depth to it...and Steve Jablonsky's score is so perfect for it too.
