and while we are wishing, could we get gradius 5 in HD, that game actually looked like a next gen game on PS2.. Gradius is definately the most hardcore side scrolling shooter on the PS2.. make it back in HD on the PS3 and then give as a remake of Darius from the SNES and make those all in HD and have them exclusively on the PS3. the first 3 spyro games were owned entirely by Sony. as well as the 5 crash games. Insomniac stayed independent and no longer sought to make spryo and Sony sold the IP and Franchise to Universal, then after crash bash and crash team racing, Sony sold The Crash Ip to universal, since ND was already deep in Jak and Daxter's development for the PS2.
So we will likely see this happen again. Sony will sell the IP, just when Insomniac Cant do anything more, when they feel teh ratchet...
when insomniac tires of a franchise and can do nothing more they sell the IP to another company. the same happened with Spyro, and Naughtydog's Crash Bandicoot. Sony Sold both Those IPs to vivendi Universal, along with Disruptor. It was freakin incredible!!!, the other big moment had to be the collapsing building and (spoiler) the car chasing scene, jumping from truck to truck. It's just one big action set piece after another.. the pacing is just fantastic. they give you time to catch your breathe, by making you do some heart pounding platforming with what you are climbing just breaking and falling apart. amazing. i love this game. It's the best this Gen so far.

theya re owned by activision, they just dont want to be policed and told what to do. it's kinda the same way both bioware and panedemic wanted their relationship with Ea, just be their own entity without policing and interferance with development. I applaud them, I really want to pass on MW2, but i love IW and they helped with the online portion of uncharted 2. SO i'm gonna support them, they are good devs... even if MW2 looks like COD4:MW with new skins and map.
