I can attest to that because I was lucky enough to see it in motion just a few days shy of a year ago. last October just before Ratchet and Clank:ACIT came out. and at that time it was looking amazing. their engine and pipeline has greatly dwarfed their previous efforts. even though Ted isn't really working on R3 much of it is being handled by Mark. Ted's busy with their EA multiplatform game.
everything else can go to hell. wasn't impressed with C:LOS and i dont like DR2.
experience like the Harry potter game and the starwars kinect game, i'd much prefer freedom of movement using the Nav controller and a Move for force attacks and Light Saber duels. the only way id see dual wielding fun is if the game chances to something like gladiator in sports champions where 2 jedi/sith lords face off, using 1 to 1 motion. and even that would be cool.
Insomniac purposely placed them up there in Flickr and took them down days before the GI cover story reveal. The fact that the flickr is also Sony's official account means that LucasArts and Son y are planning a big reveal. To be honest, this is the best way to play a starwars game. with Something tangible in your hands.

It was the game i saw Oct 2009. It'll be worth the wait. There will be a trailer reveal really soon too. What i saw last october, look amazing but not anywhere as cool as the current reveal build.
I read Resistance: The Gathering Storm and it said that President Grace was assassinated in December, 1951. So how could he be issuing executive orders in 1952. just a minor inconsistency. It seems pretty deep none the less. this is a full fledging Back story, but i would have loved for them to weave in the events of Retributions happening in Germany and Paris and other parts of Europe during that brief moment of time when Hale left from Europe and came back to the States.

Sony has stopped counting shipped numbers since June 2007. every hardware sold has been sold to to consumers. thje whole shipped to retail thing is known as channel stuffing in retail chain to meet demand in stock from investers and sony's investers threatened to pull stock when they were reporting shipped numbers rather than sold because their actual sold numbers were lower than their forecast for when they shipped. So they changed their reporting data.

FFX because i really felt that game needed a sequel. You aren't the only one who likes X-2. as for 13-2 Bleh! i hope not. They should give the game development over to Tetsuya Normura-san because he's the last bit of talent left at Square -enix.
as Both Russia and all of europe were completely over ran. remember. Russia is the birth place of this virus out break. thats perhaps the head quarters. i dont think the resistance franchise will end with 3. the universe is simply far too big and there are still plenty avenues for the game to explore and expand on. so i'm sure Some how they'll get into Russia's Story. The Ip is very facinating
There the game is pegged for a Late Summer Early Fall release 2011. They have plenty of time to introduce other modes. they didn't get into Multiplayer specifics so keep a lid on it. and wait.
The weapon system in upgradable weapons is really exciting. and now the story sounds more personal!!! which is what we wanted. with hale.
The part where nothing runs on gas but Chimeran energy cores has me tingling with delight. infiltrating chimeran ships to get the same energy cores back in both Resistance: fall of man and Retribution to power everything makes for a great currencie. :-) i love the direction Insomniac is taking with this. Mankind is in it's darkest hour ...
over the last few days i tried to buy the entire set. but only found 1 nav and 1 mov. they also had the sports champion starter bundle and the PS3 bundle in short supply everywhere i went. so i dont doubt it. a few places i went were sold out completely saying that they expect shipments in the next 2-3 weeks. I had to go to the Wallmart and the NEX in SD to find mine. it was like going on an RPG quest.
I didn't even know LBP2 could make anything nearly as complex as Flower! That is nothing short of amazing. LBP2's creative tools can create something only a fraction of something like flower's complexity just shows you how awesome LBP2 is going to be. I'm amazed really!!!
R:FoM had plenty of physics base calculations that resulted in destructible environments. maybe not as Prolific as as Killzone 2 or Bad Company 2 or even Red Faction but it certainly had its share of destructible environments. and from what ive seen This game aims to rival KZ2 and tthat was back in october :-) just sit tight.

In short i'm very impressed with it. Ive been playing MAG alot while it takes time to get use to it certainly is precise, Ive pulled off some kills with little effort once i got my head around the controls
its accuracy is amazingly impressive. I was perhaps a big doubter of this but having used it i'm happy to say that it's well worth the jump. I cant wait for second genereation Move games to release. So far MAG is great. Next is Heavy rain, then i'll get into...
this game simply cant even be called anything in the realm of Uncharted 2, Its a good game but it simply cant stand the up to the top tier product of Uncharted franchise. LOL!!! they wish it was.
and making it so that you want to get it. :-) i'm sure they'll spend in the upwards of $70-$100m to promote this thing like the second coming of jesus!!! the exorbitant spending of MS is going to be in full force Nov 3/4 this year!!! I full expect them to sell out and then just a month or 2 later there will be returned kinects selling at discounted price because people are disgruntled with poorly made games and a peripheral that doesn't work as advertised! we shall see.
Games they could fund, research they could fund to make an engine that makes the 360 shine, the exclusives they could buy from 3rd parties or even new OOD they could develop. better yet they could feed children in Africa for 30 years. but they waste it on a peripheral that's barely works as advertised. waste
