I´m guessin it´s the heavy traffic of people in the servers,i was guessing this would happen...
It´s a good way for them do stress tests.
I have to admit,after two days of edgy connections and lag the game is now very fluid and stable,i pull my hat to Treyarch,they manage to surprise me,in the past hours the connections are spot on,you dont feel lag comp and the game is now oficially really fun.
Lets see how the increase of trafic in the servers affects the game...
Yes ,thats how i did for mine,i pre order the game in the console store,got beta acess downloud it and canceled it prior to downloud,it´s easy...then go to your wallet seting....transaction setings look for the pre order by date and cancel it. hope i could help =)
When are you people gonna learn that the issue isn´t lag per se....it the exageration of Lag Compensation,what is a useful tool to balance gameplay for people with inferior connection was turned by this franchise in a way to cativate the worse and more casual players,when a scrub can get free kills against a veteran FpS shooter by having bullshit kills that scrub, is gonna come back for more,it´s a casino effect and it works....monetary speaking,there´s a reason they´re ta...
And the first shotgun needs a range nerf,i´ve been literaly sniped by a shotgun with a suppressor from like 20 metres away while the guy was being showered by bullets by my razorback and just stayied there looking at me like i was doing nothing....#justCODthings#

The problem is their ridiculous amount of lag comp to benefit the worst connections,every one knows this.
Instead of using dedicated servers like they should(it´s slightlly more expensive but being the greeady bastards that they are)they insist in a 20th century technology ...
Or you could just go to your normal playstation store in console ,preorder the game,downloud the beta,cancel the pre order in the wallet setting...done.
That´s the problem right there,if you think this is fine...
This is unacepptable in a competitive shooter,it kill the the competition,because it´s not relative to your skill anymore.
If you think this is standard in competitive shooter i recomend you try Conter Strike ,and you will see what good net code is.

I have to sorta agree with him,i've been playing all day and a few hourd Last night at dawn,and even thou it's better than it's Last games(advanced and ghosts)it is still The same cod,twitch ,lag comp shooter and quite honestlly i just dont have The patience for this franchise anymore,some times They die real quick,others They take an entire mag to The face and kill you,some time The hits dont register,and sometimes The bullets bens corners, i'm sorry i loved cod,but not anymo...

That´s a good point you make there,even thou ,i am making plans to get an Xbox for the winter hollydays(i´ve an ps4 and pc)Tomb raider will be one of my titles for sure.
Even thou it will hurt them people will buy none the less,maybe not as many as they whished but good numbers will be made ,most certanatlly.
Tomb Raider might lose a little bit only because of the exclusivity deal,i´m just guessin, if Xbox consoles are alot less that playstations around the world alot less people are going to play Tomb raider,at least for a year,and Fallout being multiplatform the avalanche of sales will be alot more noticeble,despise the quality of both products,either way,great games both of them.
Not that i would mind a remaster of the previous games i understand their point,and rather have them 100% focused on making Cyberpunk another CDPR masterpiece...
