I have to agree here. Killzone: Shadow Fall is a very very close second, but Ryse is the best-looking next generation game thus far.
Exclusives are going to be what sets the bar graphically, per usual. And both Ryse and Killzone are the best on each respective platforms. That said, the draw distance on Ryse and some of the lighting (especially the way the marble columns are reflective) edges out Killzone ever so slightly.
I've been saying they should do this all along. Release a good mario game for $2.99 on the app store and Google Play, and you've got hundreds of millions sold.
