This is the direction gaming is headed. Beautiful.
He started and ended his comment by saying the game is great lol.
In terms of gameplay and repetitiveness, yeah I see that. There were stages in the game that took a while to advance in because you had to creep around stealthily kill enemies. Still loved the game regardless. And lets face it, a lot of games are pretty repetitive when you think about it, TLoU is just more obvious.
Just looking at the gameplay without any action makes me want to purchase this game. Ugh.
So it seems as though they wanted to add a little bit of "psychological thriller" into this horror game? Hence the Descartes quote relating to the self? Wow, I actually appreciate that idea very mucho.
"I think therefore I am" wooh!! Descartes in the building !! Haha for some reason I love that they put quote in there.
This looks like it could turn out to be pretty freaky I just need to see more from the game to really have an opinion about it. For now, the trailer definitely grasped my attention.
Journey was recommended to me and wow. Definitely number one on this list. It's not about "the game" it's about the experience you go through in Journey. If The Unfinished Swan made it on the same list Journey I'm going to check it out for myself. Never too late right? ;)
Reading this I feel sad about not owning a 3DS haha. Aimed at purchasing one just for the sake of playing this game. I missed out on B&W 2 but I won't miss out on X or Y. Come to my babies!
Ryan, sir I agree with your first statement. I will most likely be purchasing thks video game for one reason. Which is the fact that I'll have friends playing this online and I definitely want to join in lol.
*high five* for defending the PS2's honor!
Better believe I laughed in a cynical manner as I tormented those kids and set fire to the house.
Oh, not to mention choking out the stepfather. Good times.
"From bad to worst" lol yeah. Waiting on the day when a video game successfully becomes made into a great movie. Or rather horror games, since horror movies in general aren't as great as the classics. It can be done though. Sometimes it just feels as though directors try to sway too far from the game's plot and add their own "touch" to the film. But come on, personally, if I go to watch a movie based on a video game you'd best believe I want to see my game come...
Hold the phone!! I SWEAR I had read somewhere that the PS4 would come with a headset :O and this thread makes me think that's a huge no.
Edit: Okay. So it does come with one. "Existing headset" makes sense.
This game looks beastly. Too bad I won't have the chance to play it. :(
Give me a sec. Let me ask my child self what he thinks of there being a new Snake...
*holds self to stop the tears*
"Eh did they have that in the 1800's?" LMAO guy is huge though. Even though they haven't shown gameplay I'm excited for this game it looks amazing and I like the story's concept/setting.
Wooh looking forward to this game coming out next year! As well as SS Infamous ;)
I could have saved Paul?! WHAT!!
Interesting! Love NHK News.
I've given up on putting any more effort towards talking about this game lol.(After this I am done.) The reviews are so mixed but it seems like in general people think its "okay" if that. The story line is just awkwardly executed and I think that sort of throws us all off. But at the end of the day if you are truly curious, go out buy and play the game all the way through. See for yourself (for those who have yet to play it). My opinion changed the more I played and after seeing...
