Yeah sure, is the going to be like the same rise they said Mac gaming would in the mid to late 90s?
"Because said dev made ALOT of money and ended up earning the award of the fastest selling PSN title of this generation by using that "single platform"? "
There has only been one generation of PSN... This one.
Halo and Uncharted.
First Uncharted was alright, second was awesome best in the series, 3rd just tried to hard to have the feel of the 2nd and failed and MP was boring compared to Uncharted 2's until they nerf patched everything that is.
I just find Halo boring, but enjoyed Halo Reach on co-op... That's about it.
@Dylila
More people will be buying it used or renting it than pirating it...
So tell me which does more damage?
Gamestop can probably shift just 1 copy of GTA V about 3-6 times each month, each time not giving R* or Take Two a penny.
... I don't like pirates either since it does hurt future decisions game companies may make to develop a game for the PC, but you cannot tar everyone with the same brush.
Yeah right...
Have you seen how much Sony and MS charge for something soon as they slap their name over it and make a proprietary connection for it?
Leeches.
Google search PS Vita Memory Cards and Xbox HDD for reference.
bicfitness, your level of pretentiousness is toe curling.
Both will probably be the same in power...
Who ever has more money in the bank and fund R&D will have a better chance at refining their designs and making them more efficient.
Last time I heard, both Sony and MS are not in the best financial situations.
Amazon.com were selling Bioshock and Bioshock 2 download bundle for PC for $4.99 over Christmas and New Year.
"PS+, they give you free things"
First of all you have to pay for PS+, they effectively loan games to you and you lose them once your subscription is up.
Nothing free about that, plus paying for a chance to play a beta? No thanks.
Once again GribbleGrunger is showing how bitter he is...
When you're not crying about the media picking on Sony or when you're not trying to make some conspiracy about a pact with Xbox and IGN because they have some video app on XBL, you're bashing PC gamers.
Whats the difference between piracy and buying used games?
Somebody must have bought the game first to torrent it surely?
But the result is the same... The publisher/developer is not getting the money they potentially could have earned.
They sold their soul to Sony first with those exclusive missions if you remember?
Sony lost about half of its userbase to the xbox 360 while selling the PS3 at a loss with a stupid price tag for the first few years, Sony in general is losing money left right and center and its only the PS brand keeping them even alive now.
Microsoft released a console which failed for about 2 years before they attempted to fix the problem, paying for online play and high prices on a better HDD, Microsoft lost a tonne of money with the RROD issues.
Nintendo...
Crusader Kings 2
Hotline Miami
Wargame: European Escalation
Diablo III
FTL: Faster Than Light
Torchlight 2
Just some of my favourite PC games this year
But the best thing to see was that more multiplat games had more PC polish rather than a straight port and taking advantage of PC options and features like Physx.
My dad said to me before, when he was growing up in the 60s their was a murder of an old woman and a local radio show was made the scapegoat because the killer listened to this radio story series which was mainly about a murderer during the war...
I'd just can this before they drop any more money on to a massive failure.
It's pretty much in general agreement that this is as generic as can be.
Jinkies, it sounds like someone just squeezed a lemon over your tender butthurt.
A Royal MILF to be.
Chopped heads off the box doesn't make it look professional at all...
Dungeon Hunter Alliance was £30 on the Vita which was basically a port from the iOS...
But let me guess, this is different right?
