Download windows 8 media creation tool, install win 8.1. Don't worry about the product key, it will read the key automatically from the bios. Then do the same with windows 10. Note, by installing win10 install as upgrade otherwise you will get problems with activation. Also you can read your windows product key with some software like "windows 8 product key viewer".
