I agree with you mostly. I believe that they are two different markets.
I dont know if the phone is going to fail though. It has some really good specs, if the leaks are to be believed.
Android has passed iOS, so having a phone with actual controls and Android 2.3 makes it a pretty sweet gadget.
Oh, and the windows phone failed cause its OS was sh!t.
Xbox has some good games...but PS3 IS better. IMO
