Yes it do matter, a company, before anything else MUST have a good image, so that means no assholes in it... A company should never choose X or Y when it's working for both X and Y, stupid comment can piss of X fanbase or Y fanbase and that can limit your sales so it do matter....

I think that was because it was a game ported from the 3DS and priced at $50 and I think it still is at $50 maybe the game gets more sales once it drops on price ... Also If it was made for Consoles/PCs and ported to handheld the game sales would have been way higher ...

PS do not block anyone on creating an account from another region and most of the people "affected" already have an account from a supported region anyways, they can just use that account on their PS4!
When games make it to the the PSN+ at no additional cost ("FREE") it means that most likely people that wanted says games already got them; so when 3rd party publishers agree w/ Sony to put their games on PSN+ is either because a sequel of say game is coming and the publisher want people to try the game hoping that the sequel of say game get a boost in sales or new "fans" ( Takes Bioshock 2 as an example , it came before the release of Bioshock Infinty ) or hoping to boost...

You CAN DO this on PS3 (360 too i think), i know cause i game share with a friend... you dont need to tell sony you are game sharing illegal or not thats dumb, and you dont know about the ps4 cause sony has not say anything about it, microsoft clearly got the idea from playstation in the first place and made it lets say a little bit better, most of microsoft ideas are from other companies anyways!

lol restrictions for this? wrong they dont need restrictions to do this kind of things... you could share and do this from 1st day on ps3 w/ up to 5 ppl an all of them could play the games at the same time, it got decreased to 2 ppl at same time (same as xbox one now)... but more than 10 ps3 are able to have same account, only 2 can be activated at same time, you can call 1 of the other 9 and tell them "deactivate account my time to play X game" simple as that... This is old the PS3...
