Animation is actually what I was referring to mainly, but very good points nonetheless.
This game is not classified as a beat-em up. As in ShinFuYux's link, a beat-em up is more akin to Streets of Rage or a game similar to that. Smash Bros. is not considered (to me) as that. BUT, that's what opinions are for.
