You guys got it all wrong... Title is misleading because when he mentions "Look Closer Detectives" he is clearly referring to 24's Jack Bauer character, so in other words its Kiefer Sutherland as "We all knew from the start"
He also did voice in computer animated movies such as "Monsters vs Aliens", "The Wild" and more :)
Still this doesn't mean that Kiefer is the new voice actor for snake... We'll have to ...

Its pretty easy :D
It shows a clip and than the line is cut and states that more is shown at Quake-con 2009 :P
Also if you watch closely at the left hand side of the entire picture there is Vulcan Raven holding his huge gun pointed to our direction.
Which in my opinion is a hint regarding an appearance in mgs 4 having already shown ravens in a specific trailer where snake then laughs behind his mask when he sees the statue to blend with as the ravens gave him an idea :P
