I feel like this and the Assassin's Creed franchise is overrated. If they were exclusives I'm sure they would be held to much higher standards. I have Dead Space 2 on PC and so far I don't see how its getting 9s and 10s. Its a solid game but nothing too amazing, I'm predicting an 8 for this by the time I'm done.

With the right software, any decent camera can preform mapping of environments.
Engineers and many other leading tech groups have had tech like Kinect for years, just that MS made it into a cheap version for the public. It still shows no promise game-wise on the 360. Just a lot of different uses on PC.

Well Kinect is still casual crap with a load of shovelware, just like the "naysayers" predicted. Kinect is easily a flop critically. MS just used that 500 million dollar budget to brainwash the media. They have convinced the whole Wii crowd to buy into their BS. The only positive applications of Kinect I have seen are on PC.
