I found the beta to be pretty lame myself. It was just a bunch of idiots running around at full speed trying to kill each other, no stealth or skill involved. You can't even fight back against pursuers except for some lame stun move that barely works.
Are you fucking kidding me? They have Reach we have GT5 simple as that. We started with Heavy Rain and GOW3 vs Alan Wake. The rest were fairly solid exclusives like MAG and Modnation Racers. It had plenty of variety.
