the thing is Sony never really had one. It is usually a first paty character from which the consoles brand relies on but all Sony biggest games are third-party and if they go EXCLUSIVE, how can you call them your mascot.

when all these games come out around the same time Developers will fail to maximize their profits. That's one bad thing about good games coming out at the same time, your gonna have sluggish sales as opposed to games coming out during big shopping months.
It's good to space out the titles so they get a fare share of saturation from the fans.
