I do not see why you hate them so much. Their numbers are pretty close and they always update to reflect NPD data. Also Sony does not report units sold to consumers. That is pretty common knowledge.

I see what you are saying. PS3 really doesnt offer the greatest library of games. Where are the kart racers, Rune Factories, Boom Blox, NMH, Okami, etc.
You also have a point about the sales. For such a diverse console it seems to be stuck in the same spot. last place. While the real console with diversity continues to be 20 million ahead of it.
Sad that both of you failed th English language so badly you dont understand the concept of NEED. The only thing you need to play an xbox is power and a TV. HDMI is not NEEDED. Blu Ray isnt even an option for 360 and from the looks of most 3rd party games looking and playing better on xbox it doesnt seem to need a gimped single speed drive that requires every single game to have to be installed.

I love how Sony almost completely copies the Wii remote and Sony fans instantly claim it is better having NEVER tried motion plus or the Sony copy.

I think the saddest part here is you actually think adding some blood means a game is for adults. More adults played Pacman than played COD4 obviously blood isnt needed at all. sadly a whole generation got fooled into thinking if it didnt have blood you couldnt enjoy it. I feel sorry for you. Even the 2600 had a motion controller long before Sony even entered the market.. Nintendo was just the first to get it in the homes of every owner. Also the Eye toy was a complete failure..

If PS2 was so awesome, how come the number of crap games for it far outnumber the quality ones? People say it about the Wii but PS2 had a 7 year head start and most of the crap on Wii is on PS2.

They had a chance to make a decent game. too bad they decided on a 2 year old port just about any Wii gamer already played on other consoles. too bad the people in charge just dont have the brain power to figure out that not every Wii owner is a Wii only owner. Not exactly... First week sales of a new model... Will be back to normal in no time.. Sad that the only things Sony fans have to be happy about have to be twisted into good news. First place sales maybe for one week, but the lowest software sales of any console. Even including demo sales they are behind the Wii and 360 attach rates..
I am sure a few million will find it pretty awesome on Wii. Maybe you guys can have a port when those consoles finally get into the next gen and offer motion controls.
