At 80 million consoles sold the Wii version of MH is the best selling console version. Outselling all the PS2 MH games with almost half the install base.
Would they get more sales on a console with an even smaller install base? Not likely
Just so you know, the Wii version outsold all PS2 MH games.
In fact it is the best selling console version so far. MH G is on the PS2 and Wii. Wii version sold more.
PSP however is where the real sales for the series come in.
@millionare, I am comparing Monster Hunter Wii to Monster Hunter PS2 sales. I am not comparing 2 different IP's but the sales of the same IP across 2 different consoles. Not my fault you are just upset that the facts are not showing...

You must not know how it actually works over there. Piracy is so bad that games are practically free. Where they get you is charging you a per hour fee to access the game.
I am sure if you contacted them and let them know how bad you want to pay per hour they will work something out with you, but I prefer the one time charge and no hourly charges

Seems people forget the 3DS is more advanced than the current consoles because it doesnt need a 3k TV or 200.00 glasses to work.
Obviously you never used a motion controller... They offer more options than a normal controller and offer far more speed and accuracy when it comes to shooters.
Maaden for Wii allows you to make on the fly changes to your offensive or defensive plays in a way Dual analog would never be able to accomplish the same amount of time or as accurately..
I guess the best way of putting it is motion controls are like having a paint brush and canvas while analog controls...

I've seen a Monk and Shaman in EQ tag team a raid mob and kite it around. Took them hours but they did it. Seen similar in WoW, Star Wars, and all the other MMO's I've played. Maybe this game is different but from that line it doesnt seem like it.
