They could put Pong on it and you'd consider it the most innovative never before seen game in history. Acting like anything Sony does is completely new when it most cases its a copy of what some other system has been doing but you missed out on it due to single company loyalty

What is even more impressive is Nintendo did it without selling a faulty console and forcing people to buy new ones.

In a case like that arent at least 2 of the consoles also getting ports? Games are built on 1 platform and then ported over to the others in almost every case.

Seems a lot of the NGP features were copied from the DS. Also seems like it has most of the same games the PS3 does. Cant say the same thing about Wii/DS both offer different libraries of games. I also do not see this going over well with the age group Sony attracts. The 10-16 year old kids out there are going to have hard time paying for that 3g network access.

True but Conduit 2 will have voice chat something all those games lacked. Not that its a stand out feature I've got it on PC and rarely use it but it will be a nice addition that might help it be a bit better than the rest.

Probably because they already played it? Probably figure anyone interested in it already has unless they are single console owners. No reason to rate a game higher because some people didnt play a game and now get it for free. Game wasnt really that good anyway. There is a good reason they are giving it away after all and not charging you for it.

COD is the best selling game on PS3 at 9million. Followed by yet another COD game at 8 million. GT is all the way back at 5 million almost half of what the best selling game sold. The others you listed do not even come close either.

Point Sidar was trying to make is that install base means nothing. By your standards most of the PS2 library was a complete bomb because of the 100 million plus consoles out there and games like God of War only selling to roughly 2% of owners.

Call me when those games you mention hit sales of the big FPS on PS3 okay? ALso Last Guardian will be just like WKS and many other games. You PS3 guys will call it the most anticipated games of the year and then it wont sale like MOdnation, 3d dot heroes, and so many other games that werent shooters.
IN the future when you want to prove that games beyond shooters sale on the PS3 have some actual ones that compare to those FPS in sales.
