It has chrome like the premium 360. That's a nice touch, but i still won't be liking the PS3 design when i buy it in March next year. Give me an idea Ken, how can i cover up this HUGE THING.

Jin you can't insult people when you show a worse example yourself. And don't keep saying HAHA all the while, that makes you sound like a degenerate luny.

You have a point, but i still think the Wii is gonna surprise people. People might care about graphics and HD-TV. But at the mo, HD-TV adoption isn't mainstream yet and some people don't want to pay the sort of price for a videogame like you have to with 360 and upcoming PS3.

The thing is in console production, the factory manufacturing has to 'ramp up'. In this instance, PS3 will start to be produced but not to the full capacity of that particular factory. You can't just start producing something as intricate, complicated and with new hardware like the PS3 at full capacity. Sony would face this problem with any new electronic product they were launching. So for this reason i don't think they'll reach 2 million for launch and certainly not 4 million by the end of ...

Achira, you hate poor people now? You have sunk low kid. What's wrong with waiting for a price drop? It doesn't mean that person is poor, it just means they have 'consumer sense'. And as a bonus you will be getting a good console without bugs as the launch ones always have problems. You should be careful what you say KID.

I'm glad we have you in here DC. It would be extremely boring and i would then have to join in the fanboy fights, which i don't want to happen.

I like how it says MGS4 should be a key title for the PS3 launch period. IT'S NOT COMING OUT AT LAUNCH. IT'S Q3 2007.

What people don't get is if the Wii can be manufactured quicker because of its simplicity in hardware, and if it sells as a good second console, then it will be the next-gen market leader, with Microsoft and Sony a distant way behind. I thought this would have been recognized.

I'm just focused on the 360 line up for Leipzig, TGS will be Sony's turn to shine.

I like Microsoft but this plan is stupid. We've already got 2 console SKU but now they're gonna start this with accessories coming out. This is just gonna add confusion to casual gamers entering the market.

Crysis has been announced for PC only, let's just deal with it. Sure, this game looks great, but we are going to have to play it on PC, that's just life. Not every PC game is going to cross over to the Xbox 360 console...

I think Microsoft is doing exceptionally well for itself. It has sold 5 million already, and is predicted to sell 10 million by the years end. If you think about it, nearly half of the xbox 1 user base will be gained in 1 year. Keep this up Microsoft and you definately will be more successful this time round.

South Africa? Is that a rich or 'better off' area? Obviously they'll only launch in well-off established towns and cities.

This sounds awful, but it really isn't surprising. Info as detailed as this is shared amongst lots of private companies. This has happened for ages, and isn't news.

Thanhyou Loudninja. You see what i'm trying to tell the Mart don't you. It's just a piece of hardware, give yourself some dignity Mart and just stop relentlessly bashing it out of the blue.
