Nope. It needs a 4k BD drive. Do you have any idea the data you'll burn through streaming 4k? The data alone streaming netflix now in 1080 is too high. My cable plan comes with 500GB/month. I regularly burn through that. If they want to win, they need a 4k BD drive.
It's in early access right now for $20 but it is a F2P game when it releases this year.

The ps4 already plays 4k video. If you have a 4k tv. That's files, not BD's. Alas, the ps4 pro doesn't even play 4k BD's. Nothing like going backwards.
The games back then had more content.

Ps+ is an online service.... so you can play games online and use online features.
I dont recall anywhere about where they have to give you free games.

Personally I hate 60 fps. Have you ever seen a soap opera? Dammit that looks shitty. So when games go 60 fps, they suck. But I would concede that 60 fps works for online like COD.
Because as the years go on, Sony is a good example of continually going backwards.
