He has a point, but he also has to remember that nintendo needs to do their part as well.
Nintendo has to give third parties the necessary $upport to properly develop/port their games to their console. Money-hatting sounds sleezy, but in the end it's part of the business.

I'm pretty sure that the faster CPU is only used to speed up the built-in apps like the eshop. It would be odd if the normal 3ds couldn't run the N3ds version of xenoblade, considering that monster hunter 4G's graphics look just as good. They're just making it exclusive just so people have incentive to upgrade.
It's just a 3ds+circle pad pro+NFC pad all mashed together. People really need to stop treating this like its a new handheld. It's still just a 3ds.
It's just the gameboy color all over again. A big improvement bit still essentially the same. I think people are overreacting a bit with this news.
The specs are almost entirely the same. The only thing that is different is that the CPU is faster.
Jesus, that puts it in third in terms of videogame map sizes (behind fuel and daggerfall).
If the rest of the world is like what we've seen so far (filled with collectables, landmarks, DINOSAURS, etc), then this game is going to be fantastic for sure!

Is this REALLY what they have to offer? Last year they had posters and CDs as well as digital games (which I couldn't get because I wasn't platinum until after June last year.) This is very disappointing.

These publishers are keeping games away from consumers like me and it's really starting to piss me off.
This article is really just the writer complaining about tutorials. A lot of games today give have unnecessary tutorials, but that doesn't mean the company thinks you're stupid. I can understand where he is coming from with dream team though, that game had WAY too many tutorials.
The writer could just be abbreviating the name. Like how people shorten 3ds to just "ds" or how people call the xbox one just " xbox"
I think this is most likely the case.
