Honestly, it depends on the genre or what the game actually is.
Story-based titles like The Last of Us, Uncharted or even Telltale stuff? Absolutely. You better have that entire game completed (Maybe not 100% trophies or anything crazy, but at least get to the ending.) If it's something like Overwatch, Street Fighter V or No Man's Sky with no clear ending or can perpetually go on forever? I don't expect you to spend hundreds upon hundreds of hours to tell me ho...
This is one of those situations where there is no "one answer". I don't believe you have to have to 100% a title to be able to review something, but you should at least hit the bear minimum requirements for "completing" a game (IF viable, more on that in a second) and then at least scope out the situation for what other tasks there are to do to fully complete a game (For instance subquests, New Game+, alternate modes and options such as multiplayer, etc) before a revie...

I think it might be a Halo: Anniversary situation honestly, where the campaign is a remastering with better graphics and slight changes but the multiplayer itself might end up being just a map pack for Infinite Warfare. Whether or not that could be a BAD thing has yet to be seen, as if this year is anything like the last few years of Call of Duty we won't see the multiplayer trailer or reveal til E3.
It's basically a new take on Quake/Unreal and I super liked my time with both Betas. I don't think I had a single match where I wasn't in the top 5.

From my experience the only support the PS4 has with external memory is save transfer. I just want to be able to use external memory to install games and DLC like I can on the other two systems.
Also, Trophy Autosync would be great.
