Erm, Comnnsence... DICE confirmed the resolution for the PS4 version is 900p, upscaled to 1080p. The only place you'll find 1080p/60 BF4 is on the PC, but if you want to insist the developers don't know the native resolution of the game they've spent years developing, then go for it.
