ofc PC will have better looks , BUT you must have the best available PC hardware for that every time ... no 2 pc's running the same game will look exact unless they have the same hardware .
personally I don't have the cash for a high end PC that can run every new PC game at ULTRA .

personally all I care about is the solo campaign, and if it's not as great as previous halo 1-3 then i'm passing .
as for multiplayer , i'm already sick by the 100's of games already out .

tried pes 2016 and fifa 16 ...pes is good yes , but still not as fluid as fifa atm .playing pes online is like watching a comedy show , can't stop laughing from ai mistakes .

I always had more 360 games because I preferred Xbox live for online games , But the way things are going,looks like I'm heading to the PS4 camp for most of my next-gen games.

haha..I know my comment will touch a sensitive core with PC elits .. who spend more $$$ on their PC then any console price and thus will try to always justify their own.
ps: I had always high end pc's since the 90's till I got bored of wasting cash on upgrades ..yes i was one of the elite pc race once.
