@CrimsonIdol I thought it was obvious I was not being literal. Most PC games are indies or MMOs or live service games that don't allow for mods. My initial argument about GTA having premade texture packs on older games still remains though

Every game get mods within a month of release and graphic mods are the most popular. GTA just happened to already have texture pack mods done for the older versions of the games

Under all the bugs, cut content and AI issues, there was a good game that didn't deserved this reputation. I wish that final product can see the light of day but this mfr having the nerve to say that so confidently after ripping us off that hard is unforgivable.
