The biggest problem I see is that they have not cultivated talented 1st party studios. They should have been doing this since the OG Xbox but they focused more on timed exclusives and 2nd and 3rd party deals during the 360 days. The tank has run dry on the Halo, Forza, Gears trifecta for a lot of people.
