THE WITCHER 2 USES DIRECT X 11 TECH IF YOU HAVE A DIRECT X 11 CAPABLE GPU.
DX9 is only a setting added for lower end systems. As for the consoles well if that's what you mean then you may be right. But this games needs to be played on its home the the PC to be fully appreciated.

BF just needs to implement some scope sway and it would be perfect, the bullet drop is already there.
