If I remember correctly digital foundry did a face off between far cry 4 on x1 and ps4 and while the ps4 had a resolution advantage I'm sure the x1 held a pretty consistent 30 fps? So this talk of it falling into the teens seems very stealth fanboy attack like...

I do have to agree with that the messaging on ps4 is appalling. It would be quicker to write a letter and post it, and it would get there before the ps4 message goes through!!! Lol
But on topic I doubt the x1 will catch ps4 anytime soon but it don't matter people can still enjoy there console of choice despite which one is selling better. Well real gamers can anyway...
If ur talking about sales then yeah ps4 "won". But if u talk about better launch games and overall good exclusive games through the year then xbox wins by a landslide for me. It's funny only seems to be the people who only have one console that don't like to admit it. Go on it's ok...

Yeah that's cool and all,but I think it's fair to say that metacritic is not the best way to judge a game, especially when fanboys give bad reviews...
Yeah I'm just gonna see how it goes and try not to expect too much. Saying that, I'm finding it harder and harder to not get excited for halo 5 after playing the beta that games gonna rock!!! Also uncharted 4, u just know that games gonna be the shizzle!!!
Killzone maybe destiny no. As for the beta it's loads of fun sure it will be great when it comes out only gripe with it so far is sometimes the kill cams showing the person who killed you to actually not hit you at all and u still end up dying. I'm pretty sure it happened at times in halo4 too if I remember correctly just hope they sort it out cos the gameplay is great just what the franchise needs!!! Addictive too which it needs to be to be a success.
There not gonna change his mind he seems set in his ways of probably only preferring one console and some how I don't think it's x1.
Thats why it's a beta plenty of time to fix things. And if ur honest the problems ar not that bad come on now.

While I agree about your phil statement,I think the whole team deserve credit for turning things around and this esram news is great hopefully devs will find it not as big a bottleneck as first thought. Seems as though early comments about it being the Achilles heel were a bit premature from devs?
I love both consoles I don't know why good news for either has to become some insecure argument. It just comes across like maybe the people saying bad things are actually afraid they made the wrong choice. Just enjoy your console of choice or both if u can afford it there great!!
I only had a problem with live on Christmas Day for a couple of hours psn was down for a good 2 days!!! Let's not pretend that sonys network is as good or even better than live like some fanboys would hve u believe. Very frustrating but at a lesser extent on live thank god!!!

I have both and while both were down yesterday (25th) live was up and running again late last night but guess what? Psn is STILL down even now!!! I'm so relieved I have both cos if I had just ps4 I would be pissed most probably like a lot of new Christmas Day ps4 owners!!! Hope they don't regret there decision too much /:

And to be honest the halo mcc works perfectly fine now so ur comment has no backing. I do think x1 had a stronger 2014 for decent exclusives but I'm looking forward for 2015 for both consoles with the ps4 probably shading it especially early on. Happy days!!!

Thing is even with just the campaigns Halo mcc deserves a 9/10 for that content alone. Although you should expect the multiplayer to work straight out of the box.
Anyone know wether this fixes the framerate much?
Uncharted is the only one you know will be brilliant everything else is anybody's guess. Here's hoping it won't be another disappointing year...
