I'm guessing it's only when it's not snowing, which would make sense. Judging from the clickbate-ness of the authors words (as he didn't mention what intervals those were) and his either horrible attempt at a joke or overreaction, I really couldn't tell, its probably going to be available more often than he's implying.

Because it will be slow and laggy in 6-8 months. Not to mention that other than the fingerprint scanner it has nothing going for it. The OS sucks, and is riddled with bloatware.
My friend broke his android, got a 5s, was sick of it after a week. My girlfriends 5 is getting lag already in the screen transitions and the phone freezes when she double taps the home button to multitask.

I'm levelling up my hunter right now, started with titan (currently 27), went to warlock (25) and saved all the non titan gear for characters I would make after which is what I'm guessing you did with your second too? It makes it so much easier! :D no more level 24 grind.
Make another character, get to 30, repeat. By that time it should be December.
Hopefully they will take the criticism of the game and work with it, while dropping last generation consoles and adding a better story, among other things, to the next instalment.

Take your fanboy hatred elsewhere, you've never played the game. Get an actual life, go play horizon, it's a good game that you probably own. Enjoy your console, don't enjoy it, I don't really care, but don't put down a game you obviously know very little about because it's not on your console.
