With the patch the race will start after 1 minute and 20 seconds when the room is half full. According to Sony one minute of waiting time can be added by the host.

It's already been proven to be fake. Maybe I'll post an article about the goat with a boys head who can kick ass on Gears. It's a really touching story and I could probably make it more believable than this crap "exclusive screen".

I remember when transitioning from a vhs to dvd that the price tag was also that high on some of the first DVD players. I recall paying about $350 to get the latest tech with component and optical hookups. Give it time and they'll come down in price.

I'd rather hear the sounds of the game as opposed to the sounds of some moron trying to sing some stupid song or listening to a damn baby crying in the background. If they do include chat, it should have a mute function or should be push-to-talk and not open mic. Will be picking this game up either way.
you guys do know that even without it you can swap out your pistol with any weapon that has been dropped by a kill. You pretty much have overkill enabled from the beginning. Kill someone, equip your pistol, then swap weapons. ta-dahh!! you now have two primary weapons. Plus, this will free up the perk slot for something else.

a keyboard and mouse are more responsive? I've been playing UT3 on my ps3 and the controller seems to be pretty responsive and quick to me. I had to dial the responsiveness down a bit cause it was too fast. I also seem to get plenty of kills in the game. Maybe there needs to be a test or showdown of Kb/M vs. Console Controller. Best out of 5 or something and see which is better.
Either way though, UT3 is an awesome fast paced shooter and you just can't beat the voice sa...
Did you guys see that one pixel in the upper left. It's sooo much better looking on the ps3 than the 360. but then there is a lamp post on the street corner that looks more shiny on the 360 than on the ps3. For jeebus sakes. Get over it already. Shouldn't we all be more concerned with the controls and play of the game. Which, by the way, are pretty sweet. The car you get is awesome and the controls are pretty damn tight. Definitely can't wait to get this game.
